Our solution and technological contribution

To effectively implement this solution, VR Pharma has relied on INVELON to provide the necessary hardware for its processes. For this purpose, we have supplied the advanced Pico glasses, which allow this immersion.

In collaboration with several primary care centers (CAPs) in Catalonia, such as the CAP of Súria, a clinical study is being carried out using this technology with children aged 3 to 6. First results are very positive, showing a significant anxiety reduction and an improved children's willingness to undergo medical procedures.

The result: relaxed and fun vaccination process

Thanks to the implementation of these technologies, pediatric patients have experienced a marked reduction in distress during medical procedures, especially during vaccination. In addition, it has been possible to prevent increased heart rate and blood pressure among children, facilitating the process and improving their well-being during medical care.

The impact has been so positive that 99.3% of patients would recommend the platform, highlighting the overall patient experience as one of the most valued aspects. In addition, the solution is designed to be easily integrated into existing medical processes, ensuring that healthcare professionals can implement it without additional complications in their daily routine.
