Integrated Management System Policy

The Management and the team at INVELON are committed to maintaining the essence that inspired the project of:

”Consulting, development and implementation of immersive software solutions and/or virtual reality solutions “.

This purpose has evolved and adapted to our way of understanding Industry 4.0, people and society. INVELON hopes to have a positive impact, and so it aims to create the best 4.0 technology solutions, leading the adoption of these technologies at industrial and business level.

This involves facing major challenges, which include defining a strategic direction and a management model able to put stakeholders at the centre of our activity, so that we can meet their needs and expectations from different perspectives:

From the perspective of the organisation itself, creating productive, healthy, people-oriented working environments.

From the perspective of our customers and users, providing technology solutions based on virtual and augmented reality (RX) that help them improve productivity and knowledge management.

From the perspective of the context, incorporating the logic of a new social and industrial reality that is increasingly embracing new, innovative solutions.

In short, we want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders in a climate of mutual trust. In line with all this, our Integrated Management System must make it possible to:

• Focus the strategic vision on the continuous improvement of the IMS.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable requirements.
• Establish the frame of reference for rolling out objectives.

INVELON's Management will provide the resources needed to develop the Quality Management System and to comply with the policy, creating a management frame of reference that guarantees the correct execution of processes, the development of internal training and the satisfaction results established.
