Integrated Management System Policy
INVELON's management and team, assume the commitment to maintain the essence that inspired the project of:
"Consulting, development and implementation of immersive software solutions and / or virtual reality ".
This purpose has been evolving and adapting to our understanding of industry 4.0, people and society. INVELON expects to generate a positive impact, and therefore aims to create the best technological solutions 4.0, leading the implementation of these technologies at industrial and business level.
This implies facing important challenges, which involve defining a strategic direction and a management model capable of putting stakeholders at the center of the activity, so that we can address their needs and expectations from different perspectives:
From the perspective of the organization itself, generating productive, healthy and people-oriented work environments.
From the perspective of our clients and users, providing technological solutions based on virtual and augmented reality (RX), to help them improve productivity and knowledge management.
From the perspective of the context, integrating the logics of a new social and industrial reality, which is progressively betting on new innovative solutions.
In short, we want to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders in a climate of mutual trust. In line with all this, our Integrated Management System must allow us to:
- Orient the strategic vision to the continuous improvement of the IMS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Establish the reference framework for the deployment of objectives.
INVELON's Management will provide the necessary resources to develop the Quality Management System and the fulfillment of the policy, generating a management reference framework, which guarantees the correct performance of the processes, the development of internal training and the established satisfaction results.
