The implemented solution: AR CATALOGUE

In order to promote the ski slopes for tourism, we worked with the AR Catalogue tool, offering Ara Lleida two Augmented Reality solutions.

At Invelon, we worked on an Augmented Reality Web solution; an interactive resource accessible and within everyone's reach; in which, through a web page, an interactive animated 3D model of each of the ski slopes is displayed. In addition, Ara Lleida was also provided with an interactive guide with all the information.

An Augmented Reality solution was also provided, which focuses on the visualisation of the ski slopes anywhere by reading a QR code using a mobile device or tablet. The representation of the ski resorts allows you to see the types of slopes and their colours, the points of interest, where the ski lifts or the medical centre are located, among other options.

Ara Lleida is part of the Tourist Board of the Lleida Provincial Council, a tourism promotion body created in 1989 to manage the tourism offer of the Lleida counties.

What does ARA LLEIDA need?

Ara Lleida wanted to promote the 11 ski resorts in the Lleida Pyrenees in an interactive and dynamic way to attract more visitors during the winter season.

In addition, they are offered valuable information in a much more dynamic way, presenting the ski slopes and what they can offer is of great help to expose information that might otherwise be less relevant and complete.
