How to create unforgettable events with the power of Virtual Reality
At Invelon, we have gained extensive experience in developing events using Virtual Reality to offer unforgettable brand experiences.

Virtual Reality has great potential to be used in various fields such as communication, marketing and entertainment, with events being one of them. This technology has become a beneficial tool for the events sector, as it allows the creation of surprising, interactive and immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees' memories.
At Invelon we have gained extensive experience in developing events using Virtual Reality. That is why we would like to share with you the benefits and advantages of applying this technology in marketing and entertainment.
Why are events with Virtual Reality an absolute winner?
The events of recent years and the restrictions on travel have accelerated the popularity of immersive events. Thanks to the rapid adoption of this technology, it is now possible to enjoy concerts, sporting events, product presentations and trade fairs without having to travel anywhere.
And not only to be able to enjoy events without having to travel, but also because Virtual Reality is key to offering brand experiences that go beyond physical limits, since the possibilities are endless. Virtual Reality is always an open door to imagination and ingenuity.
After all, the events that stand out from the rest are the ones that become memorable. With technologies such as Virtual Reality, experiences can be created that make an impact on attendees, whether through their novelty or their notoriety.
In a way, Virtual Reality makes it possible to offer the highest level of immersion and connection with the content being viewed. This benefits both brands and companies, and users, who are looking for novel, surprising and unprecedented experiences.
Combining Virtual Reality and virtual events creates an endless explosion of ideas
When we add a layer of virtuality to events, the possibilities become endless. The most important thing is to be clear about the aim of the event, what we want to communicate and achieve. To do this, we must decide what level of interaction we want from the user and what result we want to achieve with that interaction. There are many areas in which Virtual Reality plays a fundamental role.
Concerts, sporting events and fashion shows from home
Today it is possible to experience your favourite band's concert, attend a football match and a show by your favourite designer, from home. The immersion offered by Virtual Reality experiences is unmatched by any other technology. Users find themselves immersed in high-quality audio and imagery that lets them experience the thrill of the music and the atmosphere of the fans at live matches.
It is not just about offering viewing experiences, as Virtual Reality technology makes it possible to go much further. In this sense, users will be able to interact with the content, change the viewing perspective, and even decide which space they want to enter if different rooms are offered.
Product presentations and trade fairs
Nowadays there is no need to have your entire product portfolio manufactured and shown live at a trade fair. Thanks to these immersive technologies, Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality, you will be able to show your customers your whole portfolio, also offering interaction, personalisation and brand experience.
And not only for trade fairs, but also for presentations of new products. For example, at events of this kind, thanks to Virtual Reality, the guest will be immersed in the world of that product, seeing it for the first time, for instance, through Virtual Reality devices or interacting with it.
Immersive and interactive brand awareness experiences
Virtual Reality technology has broad potential beyond its use in concerts, sporting events and product presentations. If, as a brand or business, we wish to transport users to virtual worlds, Virtual Reality headsets allow us to take them to any imaginable place: whether to the future, to the past, to environments that do not exist in reality, or even to the most extraordinary places we can imagine.
Another possibility is the creation of interactive experiences where the user becomes an active element in the event, allowing gamification to be added so that they take an active part in the brand experience. In addition, users can interact with each other, which makes the experience even more immersive. This generates greater interest in the event, as participants feel more present and become an active part of what they are experiencing, and they do so in company.

Unlocking the benefits and potential of virtual events
Here are some of the benefits of integrating Virtual Reality technology into the events sector, both for companies and brands and for the attendees who go to them.
The highest level of immersion and interaction
Virtual Reality technology offers users the highest level of immersion and interaction. Not only do they strengthen their bond with the brand, which is obvious, but also, they feel like protagonists of the event and, therefore, of the story being presented.
Another key factor is group interaction. Holding events in which attendees can interact not only with the brand and the products, but also with the people accompanying them is an added value that should not be overlooked.
Cost reduction
The potential of Virtual Reality allows surprising and unforgettable virtual product presentations. This way, there is no need to manufacture the products or to move resources to the event venue. The budget that has to be allocated to materials, production and shipping is considerably reduced.
Personalisation down to the detail
Through a virtual experience, we can offer our customers and attendees a completely personalised experience. If we know the attendees well, we can tailor the experience even further to their interests and needs. This ephemeral approach with a touch of exclusivity increases the emotional bond between the user, the product and the brand.
Brand awareness
Virtual Reality is a very powerful tool for communicating our brand's identity and values. After all, it will help us reach our target audience more effectively, creating a stronger and longer-lasting bond.
In addition, integrating 4.0 technologies also helps the brand's positioning in the highly technological market we find ourselves in today, increasing its competitiveness.

Case study: Unstoppable Impulse by Cupra, one of the events with the most Virtual Reality headsets in Europe, with more than 600 headsets working in sync
A few months ago we had the great pleasure of being part of Cupra's “Unstoppable Impulse” event. At Invelon we took part in the preparation and deployment of more than 600 Virtual Reality headsets for the brand event of the Spanish car brand, held at the Autódromo de Terramar, in Sitges.
The brand wanted to do something different and memorable that would let it show its new models in a striking and surprising way. The main idea was for attendees to experience the thrill of driving Cupra's new models, but in a completely different and more immersive way.
To make this possible, we worked with one of our Virtual Reality headset suppliers, Pico XR. The Virtual Reality headset model chosen was the Pico Neo 3 Pro, manufacturer Pico XR's flagship device for the enterprise market.

The challenge ahead of the event was to coordinate and configure more than 600 devices, one for each attendee, so that they could enjoy the experience simultaneously and in a coordinated way. We also had to make sure the experience was as user-friendly as possible, thereby ensuring an adequate WiFi connection.
On the day of the event we prepared and coordinated the space in which attendees would enjoy the experience and immerse themselves in a virtual environment in which they were able to see the Cupra UrbanRebel model, through a 360-degree video that simulated driving the car on a circuit and through the streets of Barcelona. At the end of the experience, the car made its appearance on stage, creating a fascinating interplay between the real and the virtual.
The public's response was impressive and the coordination of more than 600 virtual reality headsets for Cupra's event turned out to be a great success. We managed to provide a memorable and impactful experience for attendees, and we helped Cupra present its new models in an innovative and exciting way.
In conclusion, it is a great historic milestone, since it is one of the European events with the largest number of virtual reality headsets synchronised and working at the same time. Virtual reality is always an absolute winner and major companies such as Cupra are integrating these immersive experiences into their events. The result can only be creativity, impact and success.
Case study: Exploring INGROUP's new offices in Virtual Reality
At the exciting inauguration of the new offices of INGROUP, a business group dedicated to 4.0 technologies and which includes Invelon, an immersive Virtual Reality experience was presented that left all the attendees fascinated. The group decided to use its own technologies to bring guests closer to its working environment, fusing the presentation of the new premises with the magic of Virtual Reality.
The experience allowed attendees, from partners and customers to family and friends, to immerse themselves and virtually tour each of the technology group's offices. With lightweight, ergonomic Pico XR Virtual Reality headsets, a comfortable and engaging experience was guaranteed. The virtual tour was much more than a simple visit; it was a testament to the power of Virtual Reality in events and business communication. The experience allowed guests to connect with the spirit and values of INGROUP in a memorable way, generating a unique connection between its technological vision and the company.
