Purpose

The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the website. Anyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user, and undertakes to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other legal provision that may apply. The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give notice of such changes or to make them known to users, publication on the provider’s website being deemed sufficient.

Liability

The provider disclaims any liability arising from information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unconnected with it. The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary in nature, with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient, and they disappear when the user’s session ends. Cookies will under no circumstances be used to collect personal information. From the client’s website, users may be redirected to content on third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no liability for such content. In any case, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and bringing the content in question to the attention of the competent authorities.

The provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, by way of example but not limitation, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. Nevertheless, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, and actively collaborates in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. Should users consider that there is any content on the website that could fall into this category, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately. This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it works correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances making access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website, including, by way of example but not limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and entered in the corresponding public registers. Regardless of the purpose for which it is intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation always require the prior written authorisation of the provider. Any use not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights. Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the provider and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In any case, the provider has the express prior authorisation of those owners. The provider EXPRESSLY DOES NOT AUTHORISE third parties to link directly to specific content on the website, and they must in all cases link to the provider’s main website. The provider recognises the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights in favour of their owners, and the mere mention or appearance of such rights on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability on the part of the provider over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider. To make any comment regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, or about any of the content on the website, you may do so through the following email address.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
