Global logistics

We have three large warehouses strategically located in Spain, the United States and Egypt, which allows us to reduce to the maximum the delivery times of the products for our customers. For our logistic operations service, we offer complete packing and documentation preparation for each shipment. Our team guarantees the protection of the products during transportation and handles all the necessary customs documentation.

Customs management

We handle customs clearance to ensure a smooth import/export. We prepare and deliver all the necessary documentation to the customs office of the destination country, which allows us to determine the relevant taxes and duties. Our freight forwarder communicates with the end user to inform about the payments required by customs. In necessary cases, we coordinate with an additional customs agent, whose costs will be the responsibility of the end user.

Ready-to-go stock

At Invelon, we have a ready-to-go stock to ensure quick availability of our products. This means that we have products ready to be delivered immediately, without the need to wait. Training and assistance

We handle hardware incidents with a one-year warranty, provide configuration guides and offer training by video call or in person. In addition, we have a ticketing system for technical support, repair services, rental and hardware back up.
