INVELON lands in Portugal, adding a new M&A transaction to its European expansion plan: the acquisition of byAR, a Portuguese reference company in museography and the creation of interactive and immersive spaces for the cultural and heritage sector.

With this operation, we launch our direct activity in Portugal, incorporating a team with extensive experience in cultural digitization projects that strengthens its value proposition in a domain—tourism, heritage, and culture—that is increasingly strategic for the application of immersive technologies.

The CEO of byAR, Pedro Pereira, also joins INVELON and will remain a partner and General Manager of the company in Portugal. This operation further consolidates INVELON's overall presence in the Iberian Peninsula, adding Lisbon and Porto locations to existing offices in Lleida, Barcelona, Granada, and A Coruña.
