INVELON Expands to 3 new countries and solidifies its position as Europe's largest Spatial Intelligence platform

The acquisition of Artefacto in France, combined with new commercial teams and visits by commercial operations specialists in Poland and Romania, strengthens INVELON’s footprint as Europe's leading Spatial Intelligence company.

September 1, 2026

Today, we announce the culmination of a key milestone in INVELON’s expansion strategy—a step that firmly positions us as the largest European Spatial Intelligence platform and the continent's primary integrator of immersive technologies and Industry 4.0.

What is Spatial Intelligence? It is a new technological category based on the ability to connect people, environments, and devices to understand the physical world and interact with it naturally, through the convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Extended Reality (XR), and Robotics.

With the addition of France as a new subsidiary and the rollout of teams and business operations in Poland and Romania, INVELON adds three new territories to its existing presence alongside Spain: Italy (Bergamo), the United States (Miami), and Mexico (Querétaro).

INVELON France is born following the acquisition of Artefacto

INVELON officially acquired Artefacto at the end of July—a French firm specializing in augmented reality, virtual reality, and 3D visualization with over 20 years of experience, ranked among the Top 5 leaders in the French XR sector.

This marks the launch of INVELON France, integrating a highly specialized team of over 10 people and a valuable portfolio of projects across industry, architecture, culture, and training.

New emerging markets: Poland, Romania, and the Middle East

We are deploying a new sales team in Poland, a country we have identified as one of the fastest-growing industrial and technological hubs in Central Europe. We are also launching a business visit initiative with our specialist team in Romania, laying the groundwork to establish a direct presence in this strategic region over the short to medium term.

Additionally, specialist teams recently visited Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, targeting ambitious upcoming projects in high-interest sectors such as aviation and entertainment.

"This expansion is not driven by an isolated market-opening logic, but rather by the construction of a European Spatial Intelligence platform with real local execution capabilities. France brings established teams and clients; Poland, Romania, and the Middle East represent the next growth frontier for our company."

Joan Folguera, Founder & CEO de INVELON

Local proximity with global reach

With these three new territories, INVELON consolidates an unprecedented network of direct presence in our sector, operating across 7 key markets:

  • Europe: Spain (Headquarters in Lleida), Italy (Bergamo), France, Poland, and Romania.
  • North America: United States (Miami) and Mexico (Querétaro).

This structure allows us to support our clients directly where they conduct their operations, offering an end-to-end value proposition: strategic consulting, software development, technology integration, hardware supply and installation, training, and specialized technical support.

Operations in Portugal are expected to close in the coming weeks. INVELON will continue moving forward on this roadmap to further extend its presence into new markets over the coming years.

"The integration of France represents another milestone within our sustained internationalization strategy. The goal is to build an organization that gets closer to its clients every day, supporting them with local teams, technology, and support, while backing it up with stronger international execution capabilities."

— Xoel Vázquez, CGO y M&A Director d'INVELON.

Commitment to Europe's technological sovereignty

At INVELON, we move forward with the conviction of answering European society's demand for technological sovereignty and autonomy within our borders.

We aim to lead the technological convergence that will define the next decade, projecting that capability from Europe out to the rest of the world.

With our sights set on reaching a €40M revenue target for 2026, we will continue executing our roadmap to bring our Spatial Intelligence solutions to new markets in the coming years.
