INVELON expands into 3 new countries and consolidates its position as Europe's largest Spatial Intelligence platform

Today we announce the culmination of a key stage in INVELON's expansion strategy, a step that firmly positions us as the largest European Spatial Intelligence platform and the continent's leading integrator of immersive technologies and Industry 4.0.

What is Spatial Intelligence? It is a new technology category based on the ability to connect people, environments and devices in order to understand the physical world and act on it naturally, through the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), extended reality (XR) and robotics.

With the addition of France as a new subsidiary and the launch of teams and commercial operations in Poland and Romania, INVELON adds three new territories to those it already had, besides Spain: Italy (Bergamo), the United States (Miami) and Mexico (Querétaro).

INVELON France is born following the acquisition of Artefacto

INVELON officially acquired Artefacto at the end of July, a French firm specialising in augmented reality, virtual reality and 3D visualisation, with more than 20 years of experience and a Top 5 reference in the XR sector in France.

This gives rise to INVELON France, bringing in a highly specialised team of more than 10 people and a valuable portfolio of projects in industry, architecture, culture and training.

New emerging markets: Poland, Romania and the Middle East

We are launching a new commercial team in Poland, a country we identify as one of the industrial and technological hubs with the greatest potential and growth in Central Europe. We are also starting a programme of commercial visits with our specialist team in Romania, laying the groundwork to consolidate our direct presence in this strategic region in the short to medium term.

In addition, specialist teams have recently visited Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, with very ambitious projects planned in sectors as interesting as aviation and entertainment.

"This expansion does not follow a logic of opening up isolated markets, but of building a European Spatial Intelligence platform with real capacity for local execution. France brings established teams and clients; Poland, Romania and the Middle East represent the next frontier of growth for our company."

Local proximity with global reach

With these three new territories, INVELON is consolidating a network of direct presence that is unprecedented in our sector, with a presence in 7 key markets:

— Europe: Spain (our headquarters in Lleida), Italy (Bergamo), France, Poland and Romania.

— North America: United States (Miami) and Mexico (Querétaro).

This structure allows us to support our clients directly where they carry out their activity, offering them an integrated end-to-end value proposition: strategic consulting, software development, technology integration, hardware supply and installation, training and specialised technical support.

Operations are expected to close in Portugal in the coming weeks. INVELON will therefore continue to advance along this roadmap, with the aim of further expanding its presence in new markets over the coming years.

"The addition of France represents a new milestone in our strategy of sustained internationalisation. The aim is to build an organisation that is ever closer to its clients, supporting them with local teams, technology and support, but also with a greater capacity for international execution."
